How Issues Work

Issues are problems found during inspections. When you inspect a room and notice damage, wear, or something needing attention, you flag it as an issue.

Status

  • Open — Needs attention
  • Acknowledged — Tenant agrees
  • Disputed — Tenant disagrees
  • Resolved — Sorted

Severity

  • Minor — Small stuff
  • Moderate — Worth noting
  • Major — Needs fixing
  • Critical — Urgent

After inspection, tenants review each issue via a shared link and can agree, dispute, or add notes with photos.
